Author Biography
Amy Acre is a poet, performer and freelance writer. Her pamphlet, Where We’re Going, We Don’t Need Roads (flipped eye, 2015), was chosen as a Poetry Book Society Pamphlet Choice and as a Poetry School Best Book. She has performed at Latitude, Secret Garden Party and the Edinburgh Fringe, Southbank and the Houses of Parliament, and featured in publications including Poetry London, Poetry Review, Magma, 3: AM and POEM International: Women On Brexit. She is the editor of Bad Betty Press, shortlisted for Most Innovative Publisher in the 2018 Saboteur Awards. Jake Wild Hall is one half of Bad Betty Press, the host of Boomerang Club and PBH’s 2016 Spirit Of The Free Fringe. His work has appeared in the London Spoken Word Anthology (GUG Press, 2016) and in online magazine, I am not a silent poet. His debut pamphlet, Solomon’s World (Bad Betty Press, 2017), was longlisted for Best Pamphlet in the 2018 Saboteur Awards.
