Kristen Stavridis is a qualified registered nutritionist (BSc Hons), passionate about bridging the gap between nutritional research and the community. Kristen debunks myths and shares her nutritional guidance and recipes via her large online platform (@nutritionistkristen). She focuses on the power of fibre and health of our gut, and is the founder of The Gut Health Programme. She lives on a farm in rural Kent.
