Stephen Cherniske, M.S., a nutritional biochemist, directed the nation’s first FDA-licensed clinical laboratory specializing in nutrition testing, advised the U.S. Olympic team, and served on the faculty of the American College of Sports Medicine. He currently serves as president and chief scientific officer for Oasis Wellness Network in Broomfield, Colorado.
