Jodie K Ranu has lived with chronic pain for the last eleven years (since she was sixteen) and she’s spent eight of those years fighting for a diagnosis. Jodie has multiple chronic illnesses, including fibromyalgia and disc degeneration, which have left her physically disabled. Jodie began her Instagram @fourmorespoons to provide people in the chronic illness and disability community with clear, simple, practical advice to achieve the best quality of life possible.
