This fast paced story follows the remarkable 100-year life of the historical character, Troubadour Peire Cardinal, and his wife the Trobairitza, Esclamonde. Their story is filled with love, song, romance, betrayal, intrigue, loss, triumph and ‘joi’. It is woven in a deeply researched and fascinating fabric of historical events and characters.
Author Biography
Stamatis Kambanis was born in Greece and educated in Greece and Canada specializing in chemistry. He worked mainly in the chemical industry in Canada for more than thirty years where he published many scientific papers and had his innovations patented. However, his passion for history and the ancestral stories of his family’s distant past inspired him to put his passions together and write historical novels. His first novel “Return to Andros” was published in Greece (2001) and the English version “Silk in the winds” is in the process of being published. “The Troubadour” is his second historical novel. Michael Moon is an award winning composer, lyricist and musician specializing in healing music. His pioneering music is found in healing centers, hospitals and yoga studios worldwide. He is a published photographer and poet, has written many songs, poems and blogs and edited countless hours of music but never before has he attempted the epic task of writing or editing a book. www.thetempleofsound.com
