This book gives an overall description of China’s manufacturing industry in the process of China’s industrialization and comprehensively analyzes the development status, level, stage, problems, tasks and future development prospects of China’s manufacturing industry. Author Biography

Institute at CASS, Chief Editor of “Economic Research Journal” and “Economic Perspectives.” He is also the deputy head and director general of the Chinese Institute of Business Administration. He is the member of the national strategic advisory committee on manufacturing power construction and the member of the expert advisory group of the Anti-Monopoly Commission of the State Council. He is a selected expert subsidized by the State Council, the 2013 candidate of the National Talents Project, the Young and Middle-aged Expert with Outstanding Contributions at the National level, and the Leading Social Science Talent of the Ten Thousand Talent Program.His research areas include industrial economics and business administration. He has published more than 300 papers in journals including Social Sciences in China and Economic Research Journal as well as over 30 books. These books include Study on Comprehensively Deepening the Reform of State-owned Economy in a New Era,Enterprise, Government and the Non-Profit Organization Management Comparative Study, The Blue Book on China’s Industrialization, Industrialization Process in China and Safe Manufacturing, Incentives and Restraints of Entrepreneurs and the Reform of State-owned Enterprises, National Conditions of the Large Industrial Country and Strategy of the Powerful Industrial Country, and Scientific Management and Management Methodology. He has won the 12th Sun Yefang Economics Science Award, the 7th Pei-Kang Chang Development Economics Award, the 2nd and the 3rd Jiang Yiwei Enterprise Reform and Development Foundation Award, the 4th “Three 100 Original Books Publishing Project Award” of the National Press and Publication Administration, and the Outstanding Research Award of CASS.
