Emily von Euw (they/them) is the creator of the award-winning vegan recipe blog This Rawsome Vegan Life, and the bestselling author of multiple plant-based cookbooks. Their work has been featured in publications around the world. Em lives with their girlfriend on Vancouver Island, Canada, on land belonging to the Snuneymuxw First Nation.
