"If I could give NO STARS I would !!!! Terrible just AWFUL experience buying from this website. NEVER AGAIN. I bought this lounge over a month ago and separate boxes arrived on separate days.. I should have known then something was not right. Upon opening the box, I realized parts missing and was unable to put this together. I have messaged several times and it has been the most frustrating experience EVER.. as I have to wait days to even be acknowledged and the responses are just like automated robotic answers - completely unhelpful. 'One Shop' offered a partial refund of $196 and for me to go source missing parts as they are unable to supply them until end December. Where the heck am I suppose to find those missing pieces? They take your money and they have THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. I will never buy from this website again. It has been frustrating and a complete waste of my time and money."
