"Works great but I received neither of the blankets I ordered. Instead of a latte colour I received a black one and my two tone blanket never arrived. I emailed customer service twice and they told me they would have the warehouse dispatch the item twice and then I received a refund out of no where. Terrible communication. Why are products advertised for sale if they are unavailable. Other than these issues the blanket works great."
