The Electrolux Professional 900XP 150L Electric Stock Pot is purpose-built for high-volume kitchens that demand consistency, efficiency and durability. Its 316 AISI stainless steel round kettle heats uniformly at 110oC using a steam-jacketed system with Incoloy armoured elements. A solenoid valve regulates hot and cold water refilling, while multiple safety features, including a pressure relief valve, low-water protection and manual air release, ensure safe and responsive operation during continuous use.
Ergonomically designed for ease of use, the kettle allows for effortless stirring, gentle food handling, and hygienic emptying via the large-capacity food tap. The IPX5-rated stainless steel exterior, right-angled side edges and smooth surfaces make cleaning and integration into modular cooking lines fast and straightforward.
