The 15 mm thick polished chrome cooking surface provides excellent thermal conductivity while preventing flavour transfer between ingredients. A thermostatic control allows accurate temperature regulation between 120oC and 280oC. Integrated elements beneath the plate ensure even heat distribution, while a wide drainage hole channels grease into a 1 L collector for clean operation.
Built with removable, dishwasher-safe splash guards and IPX5-rated water resistance, this griddle is suited for countertop use or mounting on base cupboards, bridges, or cantilever supports. A scraper for the smooth surface is also included as standard.
