This 800mm gas griddle from Electrolux Professional features a dual-format cooking surface, with two-thirds smooth and one-third ribbed brushed chrome. Made in Italy and engineered for versatility, it offers both flat grilling and ribbed searing within a single unit-ideal for mixed-menu operations.
The 15mm thick brushed chrome plate is highly resistant to scratches and easy to clean, with scrapers for both surface types included. The thermostatic gas control and piezo ignition system provide safe, responsive temperature management from 90oC to 270oC. Each half of the cooking surface is independently controlled, allowing for zone cooking or selective use.
IPX5-rated water protection, robust stainless steel splash guards, and a large 1.5 litre grease collector ensure the unit meets the hygiene and durability needs of demanding kitchens. It’s suitable for countertop installation or mounting on compatible open base units, support bridges or cantilever systems.
