The OM System OM-5 II is a compact, weather-sealed Micro Four Thirds mirrorless camera designed for photographers and creators seeking portability without compromising performance. With its lightweight body and robust feature set, the OM-5 II is built for travel, outdoor, and everyday shooting.

With a 20.4MP Four Thirds CMOS sensor and the TruePic IX processor, the OM-5 II delivers high-resolution stills with excellent dynamic range and colour accuracy. Its 5-axis in-body image stabilisation provides up to 6.5 stops of compensation (7.5 stops with Sync-IS lenses), ensuring sharp results in handheld low-light and telephoto shooting conditions.

The camera supports high-speed continuous shooting at up to 10 fps with a mechanical shutter and 30 fps with an electronic shutter, complete with Pro Capture mode to record frames before the shutter is fully pressed. Computational photography modes such as Live ND, Focus Stacking, High-Res Shot (50MP JPEG / 80MP RAW), and Live Composite are built in for creative flexibility.

For video creators, the OM-5 II records in 4K UHD and DCI up to 30p and Full HD at 120p for slow motion. OM-Log400 is supported for professional colour grading, vertical video capture and webcam functionality via USB-C.

The rugged IP53 weather-sealed body is dustproof, splash-resistant, and freezeproof down to -10 oC, making it an ideal choice for outdoor and travel photography. Despite its durability, the OM-5 II remains highly portable at just 370 g (body only).
