We stand behind the quality of our products and your satisfaction is important to us. If you receive a product that is faulty or not as described on our website, you are entitled to request a return. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Once we receive your return request, we will provide instructions on how to proceed. We will inspect the returned item upon receipt and, if it is determined to be faulty or not as described, we will offer you a full refund, replacement, or store credit, including all shipping costs.

Air Vision Systems send every package requiring a signature for insurance reasons. By requesting for the package to be left without a signature, you agree that Air Vision Systems is not responsible for any loss/damage/theft of your package.
