Delivery policies

  • Delivery is via Australia Post or Third party courier.
  • Products must be signed for at time of delivery.
  • Shipping address cannot be changed once the order has been shipped.
  • Any "out of stock" items will be back ordered and you will be advised of an ETA at time of purchase.
  • Orders cannot be delivered to a PO BOX.
  • Orders cannot be cancelled once the order has been shipped.
  • Shipping times vary depending on locations.
  • The delivery driver will not carry large items up or down stairs. 
  • Delays may occur during holiday and peak periods or extreme weather conditions.
  • Please wait for your products to arrive before booking trades.
  • Please note that stock availability may be subject to fluctuation and delivery by suppliers.

As third party courier companies BDO are unable to control delivery days and times. The courier is unable to ring prior or during delivery. If delivery is to a residential address please ensure someone is available to sign for the goods.  If this is not possible we recommend using an alternate delivery address (ie. Work address). If you’re not home at time of delivery you will be charged a re-delivery fee. It is a condition of delivery that you or someone on your behalf will be available to assist the driver in the unloading of large or heavy items such as baths, vanities, appliances etc. Products listed may not necessarily be in stock and immediately available. Please contact us in advance, if you need an item urgently or have any special requirements prior to placing your order.

Transit Times

Generally, our deliveries take between 3 - 9 working days to metro areas. Remote deliveries are subject to local transport schedules and may encounter extended delays.

Out of Stock Products

We hold a wide range of stock in many warehouses all around Australia with daily replenishment deliveries from all our suppliers. If for some reason we cannot get your order within the time promised we will call you once your order has been placed to find an alternative delivery time.  

Returns & Exchange

BDO will offer refund/ exchange within 30 days if the customer is not happy with the item. Proof of purchase required and all Returns will incur a 20% Surcharge and return items back to BDO will be at the customers expense. All goods must be checked within 24 hours of receiving delivery. Please check specifications with your Plumber or Builder before ordering, all dimensions are approximate and can vary slightly. BDO will not be liable for any out of pocket expenses incurred for labour, as warranty only includes parts. If you have received the wrong item please contact us via Kogan.com Help Centre.

 

Non-Refundable: Large Items such as Baths, Vanity units, Mirrors and Appliances if the goods are found cheaper elsewhere, the goods are no longer in saleable condition and goods have been installed or installation of the goods have been attempted.  

Damaged Goods

If you notice any damage to your goods on delivery, please notify BDO within 24 hours of receiving the product via Kogan.com Help Centre with proof of purchase and attach photos in order to arrange a replacement. We cannot accept damage claims after the 24 hour period. All products damaged during or post installation are not the responsibility of BDO. 

Warranty Claims

Manufacturer’s Warranty/aftersales issues customer must request Tax invoice to Brands Direct Online, and contact directly the Manufacturer.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
