Orders will be dispatched in the next 24 hours of the receiving the payment with an exception of weekends and public holidays.
If the item is factory faulty or out of stock, you will be notified of the expected additional delay immediately. In that case, we reserve the right to exchange or cancel the order and refund you.
Our carrier will require a street address, mobile contact number and signature on delivery. If you aren't at home between 8am to 5pm (Mon-Fri), we recommend that you have the goods delivered to your work place else a parcel collection card will be left for the unattended delivery or the parcel is to be left in a safe place.
Please also make sure your postal address is up to date and correct else we will not be responsible for any late parcel delivery or wrong address delivery.
Returns are accepted for a refund within 30 days of delivery.
Returns not in original, unused and unworn condition with the original tags unattached or damaged are subject to refusal.
Please note that the refund amount are only applied to the product(s) purchased cost. Any shipping cost is non-refundable.
Returns must not be part of our “Return Excluded Product List” (see below).
To return a product, please kindly contact us for an approval. Any return without prior approval are subject to refusal at your own cost.
We do not offer an exchange service, however, if you would like to change an item or a product's size, simply place another order and request a return for the wrong order.

Standard warranty period is 30 days for a faulty product.
Most costumes are not designed for everyday wear or hire-store use. Damage due to over-use, rough treatment or general wear and tear are not covered by warranty.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
