Returns of non-defective items require proof of purchase and the products must be returned to us within 30 days (since product delivered) unopened, unworn and in a re-salable condition in the original packaging with all manuals and accessories. We will be happy to issue you an exchange or refund. If your item is defective this policy does not apply and you will be eligible for a repair under the terms of the warranty below. If you request a return, you will need to provide proof of purchase to be eligible for a return. Please do not send your purchase to the manufacturer.
When we receive your item, it will be checked. After the check, you will receive an email noting that we have received your item and we will inform you that the refund has been approved or declined. If your refund is approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. When we will receive your email then we will send you return label and we will pay for shipping cost.

You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless the product is included is wrong or defective. In this case we will cover all shipping cost. The shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of returning the item will be deducted from your refund. It can vary depending on where you live and how long it may take for you to get the exchanged product. If you're shipping an item over $75, consider using a trackable shipping service. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
As the size and weight of shipments increase, so does the freight price. To ensure every customer pays a fair price for delivery, an exact shipping price will be displayed to you in the checkout based on the size and weight of the products in your order and your delivery address.

Orders are delivered by courier and require a signature upon delivery. Please make sure the delivery address is where someone can sign for the delivery.
All orders are delivered using a courier company according to volume of shipment and require a signature upon delivery so they can be tracked. Please make sure you have your order delivered to an address where someone would be avaiable to receive and sign for delievery. If you were unavailable to sign for an item when our courier called then courier company will leave card in you post box then you can call them back to re-deliever on your address.
We will dispatch your order within 24 hours after received.
If the order is showing as ‘delivered’ but it hasn’t turned up please get in touch with the delivery company directly. You can also try tracking the delivery online or give them a bell using the details which will be in your email.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law and New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
