With our friendly customer support team you are guaranteed to receive a prompt response and outstanding service. Orders are dispatched from our warehouses in Melbourne within 1 business day and all of our products include a 12 month warranty.

Please contact our customer service team immediately if:

-Your product was damaged during transit

-You wish to make a warranty claim for any product you have purchased

-You are not satisfied with any product that you have purchased

Please note that you must comply with the returns instructions provided to you from our team which will be sent to your registered email address. All returns must be directed through our Customer Service team. Please do not return or post items before obtaining instructions from us first. If you do, there is a risk that your returned item may not be identifiable and accepted. Applicable freight fees will be deducted from your refund in cases where you changed your mind about your purchase and wish to return the product. This also applies to orders cancelled when the item has already been dispatched from our warehouse. We accept Change of Mind returns for 14 days after you have received the item. Additional Freight charges may apply.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
