Shipping & Delivery:

  • We do not ship on Weekends or Australian public holidays. Most of the orders are shipped from our Melbourne warehouse.
  • Standard shipping is Free with Australia Post eParcel with delivery times as below.
  • Within Same State
    • Metro: up to 2 business days.
    • Country: up to 5 business days.
  • Interstate
    • Metro: up to 3-6 business days depending on lodgement and destination points.
    • Country: please ask at your local Post Office

Return and Exchange policy

Change of Mind Policy

  • All our products are backed by our 7 days change of mind guarantee.
  • Customers must contact us within 7 days after the delivery. If there is no proof of delivery, it will be considered 3 business days from the dispatch date.
  • Customer pays for return postage for change of mind returns. Shipping charge (If any) is not refunded in “Change of mind” returns. 
  • A $15 administrative charge will be applied to “change of mind”/RTS returns if the order has been shipped.
  • Items must be returned with original packaging, along with all accessories, be in original condition as received without any damage. For a refund to be issued, all phones be without any Passcode locks or iCloud lock or any other lock restricting the use of the phone by any third party. No Refund will be issued for user locked phones.
  • The product must be returned to us within 10 days of your request to return.
  • The product remains the responsibility of the buyer while in return transit. We do not accept any liability for any loss or damage which may occur during transit.
  • We reserve the right to change this policy at any time without notice.

Warranty Claims

  • The Customer must ship the item back to us for any warranty claims.
  • Please back-up your data before sending the device to us. The phone should be without any Passcode locks or iCloud lock or any other lock restricting the use of the phone by any third party. We take no responsibility for lost data during repair/warranty claim.
  • The warranty claim can take up to 5 business days for repair and return. Any user data/passcode/icloud lock may delay the process.
  • Deliveries to our repair centre occur 2-3 times a week.
  • Warranty doesn’t cover physical or water damage. We will cover for return shipping if the phone is repaired in warranty but in case the warranty is void because of Physical/Water damage, the customer has to pay for return shipping or customer has to make their own arrangements to have it shipped back.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
