Our objective is to provide the best shipping methods and to this effect we have partnered with Australia Post in order to provide smooth-Hassle Free Shipping Australia Wide. We provide free shipping on almost all our products and we strive to reduce the burden of shipping on our customers by enabling free delivery. Please note that our free delivery refers to standard postage from Australia Post so please allow 3-6 business days for the order to reach you depending on your destination. Due to Covid-19, the estimated time may be longer due to delays in logistics.
Handling Time: Please allow 1-2 days for us to prepare, pack and ship your orders. We take utmost precautions while packaging the products to avoid causing any damage to it and our experienced logistics team makes sure that every parcel is quality checked and packed properly before shipping it.
Shipping time: We offer free normal postage delivery through Australia Post so please allow 3-6 business days.
We want our customers to be happy to use our products but if a Customer find any faults in our Laptops, tablets, or any other item sold by us they can return the item back for full refund or replacement. In order for us to process the return, the item must be returned back in original packaging.
Once we receive the returned item, our team will inspect it and after that we will notify you of the outcome. If your return is approved our team will immediately process your refund and will be credited automatically to the method of payment used by the customer. Please allow 2-5 Business days for your refunds to be processed.
Shipping cost involved in returning the item will be paid by the buyer and its non-refundable. You have to pay the shipping charges if you decide to return the item. If there is any defect or fault in the item, we will provide a return shipping label so that you can return the item back to us for no extra cost.
If a customer wants to return the item as a result of change of mind, they can still return the item back to us and a restocking fee of 20% will be charged if the package has been opened or damaged.
All Brand-New devices sold by Tristar Online comes with full 12 months warranty. This warranty covers all manufacturer faults with the product (excluding any physical or liquid damage).
Refurbished Devices come with a 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee and comes with either 3 Months or 6 Months Warranty. Please check the description of the item to know what warranty comes with it. This warranty covers all defects and faults with the product (excluding any physical or liquid damage).

If the return is for change of mind postage is paid by the buyer
We do not accept responsibility for return items until they reach our warehouse so we strongly recommend using tracking and/or insurance for the delivery
We will not accept a returned device that is iCloud or Google locked. If your device is account locked you will receive a notification from us to remove the lock. The device will be returned if still locked after 7 business days

IMEI will be validated against the IMEI/Serial numbers shipped. Returns will not be accepted on mismatched IMEI’s/Serial numbers.

You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
