If your item was purchased in error, or you've simply changed your mind, it may not be too late for a refund. To be eligible for a return, all purchases must be returned within 30 days from the date of purchasing. We do not accept requests for returns after 30 days.
Any product being returned for change of mind must be at the buyer’s cost, fit for resale, in its original condition and package including all supplied components, e.g., gaskets, fittings, paperwork. Please ensure that your item is packed securely to prevent damage during shipping. Please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item
If you need to return an item, please follow the following process:
Contact us and complete a Return Request Form with your proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation).
We will review your request and, if applicable, issue a Return Authorization Number, which must be included on the address label of your return shipment. We do not accept the return of any goods without prior approval.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
A 20% restocking fee may be charged on incorrect ordered products.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchange must be request within 14 days of receipt of goods. If you bought the wrong product for your application, you can request an exchange within 14 days. You will have to pay any difference in price to the correct item, return shipping costs, $10repackage fee and shipping cost of the new item.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
Once we receive and process your return, we'll issue a refund to the payment method you originally used if your refund has been approved. The refund will be processed within five business days.
Turbochargers sold by Turbo Pros are covered by a 12-month warranty. Under our warranty policy, we may choose to repair your product, provide you with an exchange or issue a refund. To obtain warranty service, you must first contact us to determine the problem and the most appropriate solution for you.
Your warranty may be void if:
The product has been destroyed, lost or damaged through no fault of ours.
The product has been misused, abused or subject to neglect, inadequate or improper care, damage or abnormal conditions.
The product has been dealt with or used contrary to our or the manufacturer’s instruction, e.g., turbo oil feed line is not checked and cleaned or replaced when install the new turbo.
The product has been involved in an accident.
The Product has been damaged because of an incorrect attempt at installation, modification or repair, e.g., installation was not done by a qualified workshop/mechanic; liquid gasket or sealants is used on the turbo oil inlet or outlet.
To make a warranty claim, please contact us and complete the Warranty Form with proof of purchase (your invoice or order confirmation). Photos and/or videos of the item may also be requested to assist in the return process. Turbo Pros will then assess your claim and contact you for further information. Once your claim has been assessed, Turbo Pros will issue a Return Authorisation Number for you to return the product. The product must be sent to Turbo Pros within 14 days of our email authorising return. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning the item.
The outcome of the inspection should take no longer than 7 business days from the date the item is received by our service department. You will be notified after that.
If the warranty claim is rejected, the item can be returned to you at your request and at your expense, with shipping cost not to exceed the original shipping cost. Turbo Pros is not liable to pay any labour cost for fitting or re-fitting of a product under warranty.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
