Terms & Conditions:

1. Eligible entries must contain $80 or more worth of in-stock products. Pre-order items, vouchers, gift wrapping, and shipping costs do not count towards $80 eligible product amount.
2. Entrants will receive one entry into the prize draw for the first $80 spent in a single transaction. Receive additional entries for each additional $20 spent in the same transaction.
3. Promotion commences 12:00 AM AEDT 5 November 2021. Entries close at 11.59 PM AEDT 30 November 2021.
4. Entry is limited to Australian residents only.
5. Employees, contractors and suppliers of Mighty Ape and their immediate families are not eligible for entry.
6. The prize consists of a $500 voucher credited directly to the winner's Mighty Ape account.
7. The prize is not transferable for cash.
8. The winner will be randomly drawn from a pool of all eligible entries on or about December 1st, 2021. Judges’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. Mighty Ape, in its absolute discretion, reserves the right to verify the validity of all entries and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process.
9. The prize winner will be advised of their win by email. This email will be sent to the email address associated with the winner’s Mighty Ape account.
