Jim Weidmann has been a consultant for Men of the Word, helps to train and resource parents to become intentional in passing their faith to their children, and works alongside the church to help them educate, equip, and encourage parents in the process. Jim worked with IBM in sales and marketing for twelve years, has been a football coach for the US Air Force Academy and is a former Air Force pilot. He holds a BS degree in engineering mechanics and an MBA. Kurt Bruner is currently pastor of Spiritual Formation at Lake Pointe Church in the Dallas area, and executive director of the StrongFamilies Innovation Alliance. He served as group vice president over media for Focus on the Family, where he led the teams creating films, magazines, books, and radio dramas. Kurt is a best-selling author of books with combined sales of over 700,000 copies including "Your Heritage, Finding God in the Lord of the Rings," and The Family Night Tool Chest series.
