This is a really good cook book, really interesting with all the pictures. Easy recipes and delicious! a really must have cook book if you love cook!
I have many cookbooks in my vast collection but this would have to be one of the best. It has delicious, easy and nutritious recipes that never fail to please. The Crunchy Almond Granola is now a fast favourite in my family (and we wern't even muesli fans to start with) as are many others from this fantastic book. Making the cauliflower and carrot pastes etc… that are used in so many of the recipes did seem to much like hard work to begin with but well worth the effort in the end and really not the time consuming when I actually got around to doing it. A book well worth the money that definately won't sit on your shelf gathering dust.
