This is an exellent game, Square Enix outdid them selves with this game. The CGI animations are amazing. This game is longer that you think. I bought this game and finished the game within a week, but when I played through the game again and and did all the missions (all 300 of them) it took me 2 MONTHS. Basically, this game just tells about how Cloud got into SODIER and how he got the Buster blade and answers some questions about Sephiroth and the Final Fantasy 7 saga. You play through the game with Zack from SODIER and fight your way to the end whilst getting materia, summons (including a new summon Bahamut Fury) and other items. I do recommend buying this game as it is long and takes a while to finish, and for the thrill of the game. Also buying it from Mighty Ape is by far the cheapest anywhere for a brand new one.

"Great game"

Great game for anyone into final fantasy, just be aware its not turn based like normal ff games. Still a great game with lovely cutscenes and a story a little more aimed towards the characters, as opposed to saving the world like the others.

this game is just so fun to play. its hard to keep track of time when you play. its alot like kingdom hearts in its gameplay style but has a story that is everything you'd expect from final fantasy

With the burgeoning city of Midgar as its base and symbol of prosperity, Shinra is on the verge of establishing absolute dominance over the world.

Zack is a young SOLDIER 2nd Class who aspires to become a 1st. He spends his days carrying out assignments under the guidance of his 1st Class mentor, Angeal. During an operation in Wutai, a large number of SOLDIER member, led by 1st Class operative Genesis, go missing. The severity of the situation prompts Shinra executives to deploy even more SOLDIER operatives in hopes of bringing an end to the war with Wutai-and conducting an investigation into the mass desertion. The ones assigned to the mission are Zack, Angeal, and the 1st Class hero who is known the world over as Sephiroth…
