As a whole, the story was a pleasant read and everything felt like one fluid motion, going from one chapter to the next. The pacing was good, and the plot made some nice callbacks to the original series. Now, one minor thing which bugged me personally (albeit in an amusing manner) was that a lot of the techniques were translated very literally, instead of using the canon names established within the manga and anime (for example the Summoning Jutsu was translated as Shinobi Conjuration). Other than that, I can recommend this book to anyone who enjoyed the Naruto series and wants some more of it.
