Author Biography:

Diao Dou is the pen name of Chinese journalist, poet, novelist, and short story writer Diao Tiejun. He is the author of the novel "Qinhe" (Close to You) and the editor of the Liaoning-based literary magazine "Yalu" River." He is a recipient of the Zhuang Zhongwen Prize for Literature.
