Fantastic follow up to Mad Max, the Road Warrior is again full of action and great for any car enthusiast.

This classic 80's post-apocalyptic action flick was one of the first Blu-Ray purchases I made, and I'm glad I did. The video transfer is crisp and clean, revealing the grimey, arid desert world, the outrageous costumes and awesome vehicles in incredible detail. One thing to note is the colour hue has been changed from the original print, it is now much cooler and as a result the film doesn't have the same arid, dusty feel. I suggest changing the colour temperature on your HDTV to a warmer hue to compensate. Overall the film holds up really well, although the younger CGI generation might be not be as impressed by the physical effect work as they should (the stunt work in this movie has to be seen to be believed.)
