From the imagination of Jean-Pierre Jeunet (AMELIE). T.S. Spivet is a curious child, fascinated by maps and science, who lives on a ranch with his whimsical mother, stoic father and ambitious sister. After receiving a letter from the Smithsonian museum about a prize he is set to receive for one of his fantastic inventions, T.S. leaves a note for his family and sets out on a rollicking train-bound adventure to Washington D.C.
