I am getting back into shape and this book has given me a series of workouts that I can do without spending lots of money on Gym memberships (wasted a lot of money in past). I was particularly interested in it because I have recently shifted and I am planning on travelling, so I wanted something that could keep me fit and buff me out a bit.

This book does that, I have just been working on the basic workout and I have definitely started noticing some results. There is a clear progression up to some pretty intense work outs (1 arm push ups and 1 legged squats for a few), so I won't have to worry about plateauing.

One thing, this guy is very much into his high intensity training and doesn't value steady state exercises like just flat out running or swimming. The more endurance interested readers, will just need to use their critical analysis skills and pick out what fits with them and and their own fitness goals.

Is definitely a bible of exercises, will get you pumping and feeling good and fit and stronger in no time, worth it totally, I use it everyday to come back to, read, learn and get better. Great stuff :D

If you have little to no experience with body weight exercises This book is a great introduction. Each body weight exercise is discussed in depth; as to ensure correct form as you begin your journey from the couch. A great selection of exercises to work each muscle group for an overall healthy & conditioned body.
