Well! Now I've seen everything! This glower fish is remarkable; inexpensive; convincing; even my budgie thinks so; he is captivated by it and spends long periods gazing at these fish. This amazing wonder increases even more if you place about three or four of them together in a bowl, they really do behave like normal fish – hence my “convincing” description! Remember also, no need to feed or clean them out and at night-time I take them out of the bowl, dry them off in paper towels and leave them there until the morning. They are then popped in the bowl again and begin their day, as we do, with a smile and a song. An added advantage is to have on hand one mini, cross-grained screwdriver to unscrew the safely locked-in batteries when you need to change them. These batteries last a long time, however, if you follow my lead and tuck away the fish at night. However, when the time does come to change their batteries, the screwdriver is handy. By the way a spare set of batteries is supplied with this purchase and as far as I can tell, later batteries are readily available. What more can we ask for- My great-grandchildren love them.
