This booklet is a self-guided resource to strengthen your personal discipleship, or if you prefer, spiritual development. No matter how long you have been following Jesus, I believe this booklet will help you on your journey. This resource can be helpful any time of year. With God, fresh starts begin with any sunrise! Hence the cover pic. My hope is that it will help the user pursue a deeper personal discipleship. Of course, the ultimate purpose is a deeper understanding of God, and to give Him all the glory. I also hope that a deeper spiritual development will naturally lead us to more effective disciple making. The booklet has three parts. Part One is about looking back and in. Part Two is about looking forward. Part Three contains a set of 'tools' to help you keep moving forward in your personal discipleship.

Tom Foley has been married to Anna since 1979. They have two married daughters, and are proud grandparents. He holds the Doctor of Ministry from Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary and is founder and Executive Director of CEO.
