Life seemingly had a personal vendetta against Casper Raine. Even before he came into existence, the odds were against him. Triumphing fifteen miscarriages and months of insurmountable scares, Casper James Raine was born. His parents gave him the world and life was finally perfect. That was until his sixteenth birthday, when Death returned with a vengeance and Casper's life spiraled out of control. Tragedy, disappointment, fear, and pain was sure to be his destiny. In Death's final attempt to take his life, Casper knew the only way he would survive the stand-off was by having a will to live.

Author Biography

I'm Colette Orr, founder of Orr Novels. Writing is undoubtedly one of my favorite pastimes. I never started writing because I wanted to sell a lot of books or become famous. I did it simply because I loved it. Of course I want people to buy my books, but whenever sales are low, I always go back to my original purpose, do it because you love it. If I never sell another book, I can honestly say I am content. This journey has far exceeded what I ever thought that it would be. For that, I thank God and I thank you, my loyal readers. My third book, A Will To Live, totally took me out of my comfort zone. It was exciting and thrilling to write and I hope it is equally exciting and thrilling to read. This is a topic that touches my core, because I wanted to address children who grew up in abusive homes. I wanted to tell the story from a child's point of view, but I didn't want to just write a book, I wanted to do more. For that reason, I'm committing to give a portion of this book's proceeds to organizations who help abused children. It is my way of saying, you're not forgotten. Thank you to everyone for your love and continued support. Words can't express my gratitude.
