Featuring lots of interesting, inventive design decisions, plenty of fun-to-use units, and tons of variety. Age of Mythology is the last real-time strategy game you'll need for a long time.

Although this game is quite old, I still play it. This game taught me about mythology and the information given on each unit/character is amazing. It has Norse, Greek, Egyptian and Atlantean gods which each have 3 gods under those titles. The campaign is long so lots of time spent on the game which is fun. Also the map editor is awesome, I have attempted to make my own little campaigns with cinematic in them and its extraordinary what you can do with the characters. I recommend this game as its knowledgeable and fun at the same time!

Relatively accurate mythology helped to immerse me in the game and the graphics and gameplay greatly improved since age of empires.

Recommend to people who enjoy strategy based games.

Still play this game frequently. Runs great on win7. Simple to play and not too demanding on hardware while still providing plenty of eye candy.

Early sectors are a bit primitive but gets better as different sectors are achieved or selected – but then, it is an old game but one I enjoy going back to.

Great for everyone to play

First played this game out of a nutrigrain box long cereal box many years ago. Have just brought it and it's still as good when I first played it!!!

Great old classic…now parcelled together on one DVD

Game was awesome and playing it and clocking it rocked but after about 10 times of playing it the game keeps crashing :(

Age of mythology is a game of stratigical matters and tactics, you can plan attacks on unsuspecting villages while you build up you own defenses, god powers make it so you can have a a defence against enimy invaders if all of your resorces are siezed I loved the campaigns on the titans expansion pack. Buy this game!!!!

This is one of the best strategy games out! The graphics are spectacular and this is a really fun game, and online gaming is also awsome just as the campaign is. My rating would be 9/10.

Another brilliant strategy game from the brilliant minds of Ensemble Studios (which unfortunately has closed down ='( ). Age of Mythology takes you back to the ages when magical creatures still existed and heroes were born not made. The story I found was an amazing one but the follow up expansion not as much. This game is a great strategy game with literally tons of different creatures and mythological beasts to summon along the way. If you do buy this, play it without the expansion for the titans just ruin the strategy part of the game.
