I use this ring light for streaming as It's cheap and pretty much does the same thing as every other light source. I noticed that If plugged Into a weak power source It will turn off within a time limit but now that I have It plugged Into usb power supply It perfectly fine.

I was a bit wary when I received the product: the packaging reminded me of the very cheap unbranded Chinese gadgets you can buy that frankly aren't that good. HOWEVER after opening the packaging and setting the light up I am quite pleased with it. It fills in the shadows very well even from a distance behind my PC monitor, and works well with both my room's light on and off. I only use it at one brightness and light mode, but it's nice to have the options available. The light itself is incredibly bright and I'm doubtful many people would need to have it at max brightness – so that's great. The stand is a bit cheap, with the tripod feet being made entirely out of plastic, and adjusting the angle can be a bit awkward (the screws go from very tight and firm to extremely loose with just a tiny adjustment so you need to be careful for the light not to flop over) but the light itself seems to be an alright quality with a fairly solid plastic.

Be mindful to screw the light into the correct attachment (the circular one not the rectangular one) as I soon found out the cable is very close to the screw hole and may get damaged if assembled incorrectly.

Overall, if you're looking for a relatively cheap product that does a reasonable job – this product fits the bill.

The Good. The colour balance is fairly accurate, and you do have noticeable brightness range. The controls are simple and quick to use. You can run it off just about anything, I had it powered off my laptop, mains charger, and a power bank with no issue. The Bad The build quality was where they got the price down. You screwed directly in to the plastic housing, no captive nut. The selfi-stick is the flimsiest thing I've seen in a while, and the tripod base is only okay. The fact everything was thrown in to a packaging for a larger more expensive model said it all. Final Thoughts. I got it on a special at that price so I'll put up with the lower quality extras. The light works as it should, which is what matters in the end.

Good desperation of light, easy to use

Its a good light I bought I for zoom to give more lighting. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is that the cable to power the light is really close to the mounting screw.

It's a great light, solid and looks great on the desk. The cable is long enough for you to plug on the back of the computer. The light is strong and everything works really well. 10/10

Have just received this light and is brighter then expected and is perfect for what I have needed
