It's so tough to find a well priced incline/decline bench. This is perfect and I use it every single day. Haven't seen a better deal anywhere!
It does exactly what I need so I'm happy but the ‘Exercise method’ image is a bit misleading. Images 3 & 6 are impossible as the footpad rest dont extend far enough to do a press up or a one-arm dumbbell curl as shown. Also don't be fooled into thinking the foot pads are some sort of hard plastic or resin as shown in the photo, they are just foam

A really good quality well priced bench. It's sturdy and has a good range of adjustments. Looks cool as well in black and red.
Really good dumbbell bench, easy to set up, quick delivery and actually very very sturdy. Really good for an at home bench.
