Best headset ever, purchased via Mightyape last year. I have bought multiple, different, gaming and PC headsets from Mightyape, Trademe, Warehouse, other retailers, etc, etc. And in the final analysis, The Astro A40 is the best headset hands down, most comfortable, when I'm not using it, it stays in the box that it came in.

Headset has a comfortable snug fit, amazing sound and clear mic. Well worth the money and the wait!

I got this and im shocked how good it is .. the Mic is the best ever and sound is amazing .. Id seen reviews and people saying Mic is horrible .. i can tell you that Astro has fixed this and every one iv played with can not believe now crystal clear it is..i even had friend use mine just to hear what the mic sounded like and wow nothing comes close… walks all over the PS4 ones ..and the things you can do with customisation to sound is so good … Don't wast your time with others people get this you will not regret :)

Realy great headset, the mix am works great wihth my ps4 and pc!

I wanted a headset that was good quality and had an easy mic mute – this one ticked all the boxes and isn't a disappointment – sound quality is flipping awesome.

If you've got the money I highly suggest these astro's clearly top of the like got a clean slick looking design and the comfort is unreal, The mixamp works as you would think it does and the ability to have an aux input on the mixamp is awesome, sound quality is the best ive heard before definitely good for competitive gaming as I do with these and the mic quality is awesome people say I sound so “sexual” so I guess you cant complain

Mixamp comes with a mode dedicated to PC. Using this mode results in all sound coming out tinny, echoing and painful to listen to. Had an older generation of Astro A40's for many years and wanted to upgrade and continue with what was hopefully a great product line. Won't be buying Astro products again.
