Seen no problems that people said all round great headset if you have the money

The sound Quality on this headset is second to none its amazing, but the so-called 30 foot range is close to 12–15 (3–4 meters) and the Mic is the worst my friends have ever heard. Pair that with a sketchy base station that's hard to seat the headset into to charge, as well as various crashes, audio drop outs and more – its a headset to avoid The Astro forums are full of people complaining about the same issues, and Astro wont even acknowledge the issues – just avoid for now till Astro may one day issue a fix

Wouldn't be the first headset that I have bought from mighty ape. It is the first headset that I bought from mighty ape that turned out to be faulty. Now time for the drama, It is not my fault that the headset is faulty. it is not your fault that your product was faulty. Making me wait four days for your return team to evaluate the situation is something I shouldn't have to deal with. That is between you and your insurance company. Telling me I might have to wait for you to send it back to the manufacturer is another thing I should have no knowledge of. that should be between you and your insurance company .
If I walked in to any other gaming store with a headset that a just purchased for five hundred dollar plus and it turned out to be faulty. One of three things will happen on the spot they will happily give store credit, a full refund or replace the item and apologise for the inconvenience. For this reason only, after this is resolved, I will never shop with Marty ape again because if they sold me a faulty item. I will have to wait for them to prove that it was faulty which shouldn't be my responsibility. As a hard core online gamer of xboxlive, since the release of the xbox360 11years ago. this will be a negative experience I will be sharing with my fellow gamers

Great headset. Yes it’s not cheap but worth every cent imo. No issues with the mic, have even been told I sound the best I ever have

The sound quality is amazing, comfort is fantastic, install is super easy. Only downside is the fact that sometimes the microphone does not work and you need to restart the whole thing, unplug, reconnect, restart. Not a big problem, but for the price, I don't think it should happen.

As soon as I unboxed it I couldn't stop admiring the quality. Sleek looking modern headset, it doesn't have the wireless range as advertised but it's still more than enough. Audio quality is by far the best above all other headsets.

I had one of the first sets in the country, and they were beautiful and so comfortable for prolonged use unfortunately they also had a fault that Astro (US) and the Ape techs were unable to resolve, I will miss them dearly but my old TB X42's are going great.
