There is something about this story that transcends the medium. It's so good that even non manga readers / anime watchers have been engrossed in the narrative. Hell of a ride.
This was my first Manga read and I was hooked after watching the anime but I just had to buy the Manga series and I have to say it was just as awesome! Definitely would recommend series!!
Clever concept, great characters, great read!
Perfect for teens and young adults.
For the whole series the pacing is excellent, the story is deep, and the end of each volume as suspenseful as the last. If you have watched the anime you'll be surprised how much more visceral the manga is in comparison, just because the picture don't move it doesn't mean they aren't just as brutal. All in all every volume lives up to its expectations in many more ways than one. I'd rate all of them from 8–10/10.
I got so hooked on this and I need more! I bought this for my brother but he might have to borrow it after me :)
Can't wait for it to arrive, just watched the anime it was brilliant, now I have decided to read all the manga while I wait for the second series.
