This really is a nice piece of work by Alan Moore and very cool artwork by Brian Bolland. It's a little on the short side, but still very nice. Not only is the story absolutely fantastic, and the artwork amazing; this edition of the book itself is stunningly beautiful. Underneath the dust jacket is a gilt purple imprint of the Joker's card indented into the smooth black covering on both sides of the book. It's very nicely finished. You can judge this book by its cover; it's just as amazing on the inside as it is on the outside!

One of the greatest Graphic Novels of all time, this recoloured deluxe edition is a must have for any real Batman fan. Bolands excellent recolouring adds drama and depth to an already incredible piece of work. Seriously, just buy it.
Amazing
An absolute classic and a must read for all batman fans!
Amazingly awesome best comic I have read
An amazing classic that shows us the origin of The Joker and the relationship between him and Batman
I was pleasantly surprised at how good this was, as a first time comic reader it was a great story. Also, the cover looks fantastic, and when the dust cover is taken off the bare cover looks even better.
One of the reasons why I like Joker… He is one of the few to do some real damage to the bat family… This is a must have for all joker lovers out there
Great read , love it
Beautiful art work and great book
Disturbing, horrifying and one of the greatest graphic novels I have ever read.
One minute you feel sorry for the Joker and than you hate him to the core. The last few panels are probably the greatest way to end a Batman story. Is our hero sane or is he just as bad as the people he locks up-
Greta story, great art, overall a great spend.
The story is well written, as you get sympathy towards joker's past. It gives you an insight to the “sane” mind of joker.
The Killing Joke is a truly great Batman book. While the plot itself is fairly straightforward, Alan Moore does a beautiful job of exploring the relationship between Batman and The Joker. Brian Bolland's art is definitely complimented by the Deluxe Edition's recoloring, giving it a more modern and darker feel than the original's colors.
