"A change"

Some people have said that Shihad’s latest album is poppy and crap, based on their first impression release of their opening release “One Will Hear the other” and yet they have never listened to the album.

Sure I found this album less heavy than their previous albums like “Love is the New Hate” or “the General Electric” but you can’t say that this album isn’t Shihad. This album is reminiscent of the fishy album. It composes of catchy melodies with complimenting drum beats and guitar riffs, it’s not heavy, it’s not light and by no way can this album be classed as pop. Sure ok, so it’s no “General Electric” but it’s definitely not “panic at the disco” either. Shihad hasn’t lost their metal. They have just proved that they can write songs good, songs without grungy guitars yet still stay catchy.

Its different, but it’s all Shihad baby, don’t hate this album, in the words of Shihad themselves “Love is the new Hate”.
