Mark Hunt is a brave man and a star who couldn't have done it without Julie. Well written book so props to the co writer also. Mark teaches us if you have the will you can achieve anything even what we think is unachievable.Great read made me appreciate my Life Thanyou Mark

Great book from the moment you open the first page. Mark Hunt is honest, brutal and gritty in his account of his life so far. Fantastic read!
A definite must read. A well written very interesting book for any Mark Hunt fan!!
No punches pulled, Hunt shares an honest account of key events in his life. A life that many New Zealanders have experienced, to a greater or lessor degree, but few have used these events as Hunt has to etch a memorable legacy in the history of Martial Arts.
Amazing story of someone who despite all the odds against him, kept moving forward and never gave up.
