This Prayer Manual and Journal is teaching tool, resource and guide to be used to grow and develop Prayer Warriors, ministers, any member of the Five-Fold Ministry and individuals seeking to grow and develop their spiritual awareness, strength and faith. This Manual provides the practice to read, study and pray the Word of God.

Author Biography

Bertrina McDaniel grew up and lived all of her childhood in the Third Ward area of Houston, Texas. As a young girl she aspired to be many things outside of traditional concepts for women-A truck and Race Car Driver or anything that put her outside or on the move. She was a Marksman Shooter in ROTC in High School. She was put in competition against the fastest boy on the track team in Junior High School and she out ran a guy in the PT Course in ROTC in college. Being the only girl of five boys, she often accepted their daring challenges to perform a variety of feats during child-hood. Therefore, she adopted this attitude to accomplish and achieve whatever challenges in life came her way, especially if it came with doubt and opposition that she couldn't do it. Throughout her life's successes and disappointments, she has learned how essential and effective, fasting and praying is to accomplish any and all goals and challenges. Looking back now, she realizes it was the grace and mercy of God that strengthened and positioned her to be successful. It has changed her life's direction and purposes as well as shaped the lives of her children. Prayer has re-conditioned her heart and mind towards others. When God called her to preach it was with much opposition and many challenges. After nine years in ministry, then she was asked to Pastor the Church of Mecca which doubled and quadrupled the oppositions, doubts and challenges. She continues to fast and pray and stand on Philippians 4:13
