Author Biography
Paul Yat-Bor Liang was born in poverty in China, he fled to Hong Kong and started his career life from the lower class and had witnessed the rise of Hong Kong's food and beverage industry in the sixties. When Leung was working in Hong Kong Food Industry, he has learnt professional skills; however, during the reform of Chinese Government, Leung has also experienced the cultural impact brought by the 40 million people fleeing from China to Hong Kong. The cultural shock arising from this tiny island in Hong Kong has firmed Leung's determination of immigration to the Western World. After his emigration to Canada, with Leung's expertise and hard-working, Leung has started to establish his catering business in Victoria Island, Canada; he opened three large-scale catering restaurants and has become the leader and shining star of the Chinese-Canadian Community.
