Company Law Q&A by Michael Ottley
Sorry, this product is not currently available to order

QA Company Law provides valuable guidance on answering the type of questions which can be found in degree and professional examinations. One difficulty with company law is that it involves a complicated web of relationships between the company, its shareholders, its directors and third parties. Students often find it hard to see the 'big picture' while grappling with the technical complexities of the Law. This book also provides considerable assistance during the study of the subject, by helping students to draw together themes and ideas from all aspects of their company law course.
