Author Biography:

Dr. M. V. Suganyadevi obtained her Ph.D. from Anna University, Tamilnadu, India in 2015. Her research from 2009 to 2015 was based on voltage stability, where she developed the voltage stability margin using a simulation software. Specifically, she developed a new loadability margin index based on support vector regression and extreme learning machine for the estimation of voltage stability margin in online power grid. Currently, she is working as Associate Professor in Saranathan College of Engineering, Trichy, Tamilnadu, India. She has published 31 international journal articles and 29 conference papers. She is the member of IEEE, ISTE, ISRD and ISENG. She also acts as a reviewer for many SCI Journals. Her areas of research include power system stability, soft computing techniques and power quality. R. Ramya obtained her Ph.D. in power systems in 2017 from Anna University Chennai, India. She is currently working as Assistant Professor in the Department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering in SRM Institute of Science and Technology, Chennai, Tamilnadu, India. Her research interests include machine modeling, power system optimization, real time simulation and power system control.
