Author Biography:

Angela Franks, Ph.D., is a full-time professor at the Theological Institute for the New Evangelization at St. John's Seminary with a doctorate in theology and an M.A. in philosophy. A nationally recognized speaker, author, and teacher, she wrote Margaret Sanger's Eugenic Legacy: The Control of Female Fertility (2005) and contributed a chapter to Women, Sex, and the Church (2010), along with her latest, highly praised title; Contraception and Catholicism (2013), these works highlight her remarkable insight on abortion, eugenics, the theology of the body, marriage, contraception, and feminism, among so many other topics.
