Author Biography:

Regina Lenart-Gansiniec is an Associate Professor at the Institute of Public Affair at the Faculty of Management and Social Communication of the Jagiellonian University in Krakow, doctor habilitatus in economic sciences in the field of management sciences. She is author, co-author and editor of monographies and about one hundred and twenty-five Polish and foreign scientific articles devoted to the issues of management, especially crowdsourcing, knowledge management, and organizational behavior. She is also principal investigator and participant in eight international research projects, and reviewer and member of the Editorial Board of many recognized scientific journals and scientific conferences in Poland and in the world.
