Love this thing is awesome to use

The action replay cartridge is a great addition to any NDS/NDSi/3DS. Everyone enjoys a challenge, but AR allows players to save both the time and hassle few can afford in today's hectic schedule. So you get to play a game to the full with a whole new dimension. The problem is with the cheap plastic the cartridge is made of that can easily be damaged or broken. For the price you pay you would expect something more sophisticated and solid. It's makeup is clumsy and protrusive and could easily be overidden by subsequent updates on your Nintendo 3DS so it won't work, making the product tenuous and unreliable. If you are expecting AR codes for Pokemon X and Y AR is falling behind a rapidly changing gaming industry that is consistently developing technology to counter cheating, such as making games digital and downloadable making an external gaming device obsolete. Unless Datel pulls its socks up and starts looking for alternative solutions, us poor customers will have to suffer through the gruelling task of capturing pokemon Gameboy style. I was slightly disappointed, it does not affect 3Ds games, but it can work on a 3Ds which is better than nothing I guess. Unfortunate, I thought it would work on 3Ds games, which is a reason I bought it, but alas, it was not to be, I should have done my research. Still excellent for regular Ds games however, and if that is what you want to use it on, then I recommend it.
