Hello! I am a designer and illustrator with a love for all things creative. Since graduating with a BFA in graphic design, I have worked for small design agencies, paper-crafting companies and independently. My work has appeared on projects ranging from stationary to magazines for such companies as Hallmark, Real Simple, Boston Globe Magazine and Publix. I love the creative process, new ideas and am inspired by bright color, travel, typography and my Swedish heritage. Cottage Door Press is an independent publisher of high-quality children's books. We offer a simple development-based guide to help them on their journey. Cassandra Hames is a wife, mother of four children, teacher, and expert Cheerio picker-upper. She was born and raised in the Midwest and still calls it home. She loves Jesus, children's books, fresh flowers on her kitchen counter, and snack time.
